Dr Vincent Brown will appear at Westminster magistrates court charged with seven offences
A man has been charged with crimes linked to the genocide in Rwanda in 1994 in the first case of its kind to be brought in the UK.
Dr Vincent Brown, formerly Dr Vincent Bajinya, 65, who used to live in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda but now lives in Islington, north London, will appear at Westminster magistrates court on Tuesday charged with seven offences. Continue reading…
