Suraksha Group, which acquired Jaypee Infratech, has invested about ₹1,500-2,000 crore so far in construction and expects to invest another ₹3,000 crore to complete the remaining towers by September 2028. The company has also outlined plans for three integrated townships across about 465 acres.
