Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation is now sending property tax bills for the 2026-27 financial year. Residents can get a 5% rebate by paying on time. Late payments will incur a 10% penalty and 10% interest on arrears. Taxpayers can pay online or at designated bank branches. The corporation aims to collect Rs 44 crore this financial year.
