The Municipal Corporation of Delhi has launched a city-wide survey to identify residential properties being used for non-residential purposes, following a Supreme Court directive. Zonal deputy commissioners are conducting time-bound field inspections to compile accurate lists of violations for an affidavit to be submitted to the apex court.
